Experienced Lead Carpenter
Jacob Sunrooms, Exteriors & Baths is a family-owned company in business since 1977. We are currently seeking an experienced carpenter to assist our service department perform maintenance on a variety of service calls. The chosen candidate will need to demonstrate their ability to multi-task during the day while being extremely detail-oriented.

- To have a valid Driver’s License
- Excellent Communication Skills (written and verbal)
- Excellent Time Management Skills, with flexibility
- Ability to adhere to all company policies/procedures.
- Have carpentry experience (Window & Door installation experience a plus)
- Be able to identify and troubleshoot issues
- Comfortable with bidding on a repair (listing what needs to be done, what materials are needed, and how long they expect it to take/how many people are needed)-this is something that can be learned as you go
- Comfortable with technology
- Comfortable with customers-explaining clearly what needs to be done and why.
- Ability to determine warranty vs. non-warranty work.
Job Type: Full-Time
