Description:

Envolve Pharmacy Solutions, part of Centene’s nationwide healthcare network, is looking for a highly skilled Finance Manager to lead financial planning and analysis initiatives. This role focuses on managing the annual budgeting process, monthly reforecasts, integration of actual results, and internal reporting to department heads. You will play a key role in analyzing significant monthly variances, ensuring compliance with Sarbanes-Oxley, and providing actionable insights to senior management.

Key responsibilities include:

• Mastering and updating budget models, adapting processes to changing business needs.
• Coordinating the loading of budgets and monthly reforecasts into the company-wide repository (Cognos/Hyperion).
• Integrating actual results into budgets and ensuring data accuracy.
• Partnering with business unit management to improve SG&A and evaluate financial outcomes.
• Providing thorough analysis of monthly variances ahead of potential auditor reviews.
• Supporting VP-Finance with monthly, quarterly, and annual reporting to senior management and the Board.
• Developing and customizing reporting for management, interpreting metrics to ensure understanding.
• Collaborating with HR for budgeting data involving new hires, handling confidential information.
• Creating detailed financial metrics, interpreting results, and advising operational management.
• Driving cost-saving initiatives while building partnerships across the organization.
• Improving processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness, addressing complex financial challenges.
• Assisting in cross-training and supporting area staff development.
• Providing data and presentations for external auditor requests promptly.
• Completing special projects with diverse deliverables under tight deadlines.
• Supporting business unit financial and operational requirements, working overtime as needed.
• Performing other duties as assigned while complying with all company policies and standards.

Education/Experience:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or Finance required; Master’s in Business Administration preferred.
• Minimum 5 years in financial analysis roles supporting business departments.
• 3+ years in a healthcare-related environment preferred.

Licenses and Certifications:

• Certified Public Accountant (CPA) preferred.
