High-Volume Sourcing Specialist (2-Month Contract)

Are you a sourcing machine who thrives under pressure? Our recruiting team is currently "drowning" in reqs, and we aren't looking for a trainee - we’re looking for a hero. We need a Contract Sourcer who can hit the ground running, manage a split of hourly and salaried roles, and deliver results immediately.

• Expertise in LinkedIn Recruiter and Indeed.

• The ability to provide a "By the Numbers" update once a week (Outreaches, Screens, Presents).

• A "hit the ground hard" mentality.

Responsibilities

• Aggressive Sourcing: Utilize LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, and alternative sourcing channels to identify top-tier talent for both hourly and salaried positions.

• Full-Funnel Management: Perform initial outreach, conduct rigorous phone screens, and present "ready-to-interview" candidates to the recruiting team.

• Data-Driven Reporting: Provide weekly transparency into your pipeline. You will be expected to report on key metrics including:
  • Total Outreaches
    
    
  • Screens Conducted
    
    
  • Candidates Presented/Submissions

• Prioritization: Manage a diverse load of requisitions, pivoting quickly between high-volume hourly roles and specialized salaried positions.
