Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

Ideal candidates will bring direct school-based or pediatric SLP experience, but those with a Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) background are encouraged to apply. Qualifications and Skills:

• Active Illinois SLP license required
• Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) or working towards completion (CFY accepted)
• Previous experience in school settings or pediatrics preferred
• Strong clinical knowledge of speech, language, and communication disorders
• Ability to collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary staff, families, and administrators
• Excellent interpersonal and written communication skills

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage a caseload of elementary and middle school students (grades K-8)
• Conduct assessments, develop individualized treatment plans, and provide therapy services
• Collaborate with classroom teachers and special education staff to promote academic success
• Consult with families regarding student progress and support strategies
• Ensure paperwork and documentation meets district, state, and federal guidelines
• Participate in IEP meetings as a valued member of the educational team
