Mitigation Manager
Overview
As a Mitigation Manager, you will play a crucial role in overseeing and implementing strategies to minimize risks and mitigate potential issues within our operations. Responsibilities
- Develop and implement comprehensive mitigation plans to address potential risks.
- Conduct regular assessments to identify vulnerabilities and recommend improvements.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on mitigation strategies.
- Monitor and report on the effectiveness of mitigation efforts and adjust as necessary.
- Provide training and support to staff on risk management best practices.
- Stay updated on industry trends and regulations to ensure compliance.
- Act as a point of contact for stakeholders regarding mitigation-related inquiries.
Qualifications
- Xactimate Software experience a must
- 3+ years of mitigation experience within the restoration industry
- 3+ years of management experience
- A minimum of managing 2 million plus a year in mitigation projects
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Familiarity with industry regulations and compliance standards.
- Certification in risk management or related field is a plus.
