This is a program with a fast track to Sr. Associate for 17 candidates, and a fast track to management for 4 of those that make Sr. Associate.

Our ideal candidate is 25+ married or in a committed relationship with a stable work history in
management, customer service, marketing or sales. Restaurant management experience or an entrepreneur background can be helpful.

We're an Incubator for People & Deals & a Private Deal Platform.

We're real estate investors who have done thousands of deals and successfully retired from the Commercial Real Estate & Mortgage Banking business, but not from doing deals. We have many Associates & Clients that have been with us over 25 and 30 years, most are retired now but many still do deals to this day. We're an affordable housing provider with an incredible income opportunity for you, if you qualify.

To give you an idea of fast track advancement potential; the last time we did anything like this for the launch of our Mortgage Company in the early 80's, from our first Orientation and Basic Training class of 29, that we culled down to 19 that we allowed to start;

1 went on to become President of the Mortgage Company,

1 went on to become Vice President of the Mortgage Company,

3 became Program Directors,

5 became Assistant Program Directors,

1 became the head of our new Real Estate Company,

and the rest went on as financial Associates, learned a lot, and earned a well above average
income while helping us get to over $100 Million Dollars in our first year and to our first $100 Million Dollar month in our 15th month.

11 out of 19 hit the fast track and all did well.

We can't promise a repeat, but if you're up for the task we'll challenge you to do even better
if you qualify to get in and are willing to make a commitment.

You must be willing to make a commitment to our Proprietary part time 90 day U E arn W hile U L earn training and probation period - UEWUL (pronounced yule) so that we each have a chance to determine we've made a good choice.
