How you will make an impact:
As a Guest Services Associate at Highview in the Woodlands, you’ll be the friendly, professional first point of contact for residents, visitors, and staff. You’ll help create a welcoming, customer-focused environment by greeting guests, answering calls, and providing clerical support such as copying, scanning, and handling mail and packages. Key responsibilities include tracking arrivals and departures, issuing visitor notifications, generating resident nameplates, submitting work orders, retrieving mail, and following emergency procedures. You’ll also support various departments with administrative tasks. This role requires strong communication, teamwork, professionalism, discretion, and proficiency in Microsoft Office. A polished appearance, respect for confidentiality, and empathy for older adults are essential, along with compliance with all privacy regulations.
Schedule: This role is full-time, 7:00 am - 4:00 pm.
What you will need:
- High school graduate or equivalent (required).
- A minimum of one year of administrative/clerk experience (required).
- Computer literacy and interpersonal relations with proven communication skills, both verbal and written (required).
