Job Summary

This Position Is Responsible For Functioning As An Internal Product Development Consultant And Project Manager supports HCSC's Individual & Family Markets (IFM). Assisting major business Units In Developing More Complex Products That Address Customer Needs And Meets Company Profitability And Operational Requirements. The individual will lead projects that require cross-functional collaboration with a goal to manage, coordinate, and drive the development, expansion, maintenance, and operational effectiveness of the product throughout the product lifecycle. Provide Leadership And Consulting Services To Internal Areas In Defining Product And Scope Including Benefits, Services, Pricing Targets, Platform And Vendor Relationships. This individual will develop a deep understanding of the IFM sector, health plan strategy, and business operations through hands-on experience supporting the evaluation and development of product line innovation & strategy.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor Degree and 4 years experience in strategic planning, research, project management, product administration, product operations or relevant health care industry OR 6 years of experience

Preferred Job Qualifications:

• Demonstrated experience in developing and presenting to internal clients
• Health insurance or healthcare industry experience
• Prior experience in IFM products or product development preferred
• Prior experience with Facility and Provider Network Development and Management

  Please note: This is a hybrid role and will work in the office three days a week.
