Your Role:
As a Night Esthetics Teacher, you will be responsible for educating students on various aspects of esthetics, including skincare, makeup application, and the latest beauty trends. Your role is pivotal in guiding students through their hands-on learning experience during evening classes, ensuring they receive the comprehensive education needed to excel in the beauty industry.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and deliver comprehensive lesson plans tailored for evening students.
• Conduct practical training sessions and demonstrations in skincare, makeup, and other esthetics techniques.
• Evaluate student performance and provide feedback to facilitate improvement and growth.
• Maintain a positive and organized classroom environment that encourages learning.
• Engage with students to foster a passion for beauty and excellence in their craft.
• Monday through Friday 5:00pm-10:00pm cst

Requirements

Qualifications:

• Must possess an active Educator License in the State of Illinois.
• Demonstrated experience in the field of esthetics with a strong knowledge of skincare and makeup skills.
• Previous teaching or training experience is preferred but not mandatory.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to motivate and encourage students.
• A passion for teaching and a commitment to student success.
• Availability to teach from 5:00 PM to 10:00 PM, Monday through Friday.

In support of the pay transparency laws enacted across the country, the expected salary range for this position is between $20.00 and $23.00/hr. Actual pay will be adjusted based on job-related factors permitted by law, such as experience and training; geographic location; licensure and certifications; market factors; departmental budgets; and responsibility.
