Your role.
Your work will include, but not be limited to:
- Works along with the service group Relationship Lead to serve as a Learning and Development subject matter expert to consult and execute on training and development strategy
- Develops communication strategy to relay upcoming sessions, events, and programming to the greater firm
- Serves as primary project lead with some client relationships
- Serves as secondary project lead with some client relationships
- Works with others in L&D and clients to project manage session timelines
- Conducts research into training products, services, systems, and vendors in support of development and purchasing efforts
- Responsible for assisting with the development and implementation of training program benchmarks for continuous improvement
- Performs needs assessment and supports implementation and change management
- Recommends appropriate instructional approaches and methods
- Ensures appropriate learning methods are used to achieve desired learning outcomes
- Implements short- and long-term training strategy in alignment with the Service and/or Industry group goals
- Participates with Human Resource projects and/or initiatives; responsible for the coordination and completion of projects, including setting deadlines, assigning responsibilities, and monitoring and summarizing progress of project. Prepares reports for upper management regarding status of project
The qualifications.
- Bachelor's degree from four-year college or university in business, learning and development, educational, or related
- 5+ years' experience in learning and development
- Strong project management skills are required
- Strong communication skills are required
- Experience in change management preferred
- Experience with professional services organizations preferred
- Ability to manage workload to consistently meet client expectations and deadlines
- Ability to coordinate information flow with multiple sources (Management, Partnership, team, staff, etc.)
- Strong technical aptitude with a desire to understand Firm infrastructure, challenge and streamline existing processes, and create new processes

Colorado Equal Pay for Equal Work Act (SB 19-085) Information
Compensation is commensurate with technical skills and experience and is provided in accordance with the CO Equal Pay for Equal Work Act.
Compensation information posted is based on a position being located in the state of CO. Please review position location for applicable geographic location.
Colorado monthly base range is as follows:
$6,166.67 to $9,250.00 We are pleased to offer eligible staff a robust benefits package. Eligibility and contribution requirements for some of these benefits vary based on the number of hours staff work per week. Highlights include health, dental, vision, disability and life insurance. These standard offerings are effective on the first of the month following your start date. In addition to this, eligible staff are able to take advantage of our Flexible Time Off and various pre-determined holidays as well as a balance fund, 401(k) plan, flexible benefits plans, business-related travel expense, lodging and meal reimbursement for business-related use. A Pension plan is also available for eligible administrative and paraprofessional staff. A discretionary bonus plan is available for eligible staff. Plante Moran also offers Interns and Contractors the option to elect health insurance under our contingent staff medical plan as of the 1st of the month following 60 days of employment in addition to limited paid time sick time.
