IT Cosmetics - Freelancer - PT

In this role, you will be spreading our mission and the love for IT Cosmetics.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide best-in-class shopper experience to attract and retain customers
• Build strong relationships with store management and associates within multiple retail locations
• Achieve “sales per hour” and “items per transaction” goals
• Express a passion for beauty and cosmetics

Job Qualifications:

• You possess a high school diploma or the equivalent
• Passion for beauty
• General knowledge of skincare and makeup ingredients and application (preferred)
• Strong communication skills
• Demonstrate patience
• Ability to provide best-in-class customer experience.
• Ability to solve problems and resolve customer concerns
• Ability to work as a team and build strong relationships with key stakeholders
• Ability to stand for 4 hours or more
• Ability to work flexible schedule, including night, weekend and/or holiday shifts.

Hourly rates for this position range from $18-$25 hourly depending on location and experience.
