We are seeking an experienced Corporate Tax Manager (Provisions) to join our Corporate Tax Solutions team. This role offers the opportunity to work on business income tax planning, corporate compliance, and ASC 740 income tax accounting (provision preparation or audit support) projects while managing client engagements from start to finish.

As a key member of our tax practice, you will collaborate with colleagues across the organization-including our Washington National Tax Office (WNTO)-to deliver comprehensive tax solutions for our clients. • Manage client engagements from planning to completion, ensuring quality work within budget.

• Supervise, mentor, and train senior associates, associates, and interns; provide performance feedback and serve as in-charge when needed.

• Review corporate income tax returns and make recommendations for accuracy and tax savings opportunities.

• Lead ASC 740 income tax provision engagements, including primary review and audit support.

• Identify and pursue opportunities to expand services with existing and prospective clients.

• Research and consult on complex tax issues; utilize tax software to prepare and process returns.

• Respond to inquiries from the IRS, state, and local tax authorities.

• Maintain strong client relationships and effectively communicate with client management at all levels.

• Develop a deep understanding of client operations and business objectives to enhance service delivery.

• Attend regular training and professional development sessions to stay current on industry trends and regulations.

• Adhere to professional standards and maintain strict client confidentiality.

Required (Non-Negotiable):

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting

• CPA license (active)

• Minimum of 4 7 years of progressive tax compliance and/or consulting experience

• Proven experience in ASC 740 income tax provision work

• Willingness to work hybrid (minimum 2 days/week in the office)

Preferred / Nice-to-Have:

• Experience in public accounting or professional services

• Proficiency with ONESOURCE Tax Provision software

• Strong knowledge of corporate income tax, state/local taxation, and international tax matters

• Excellent analytical, technical, and communication skills
