OverviewAt Gallagher, we’re looking for a Member Services Consultant - Employee Benefit s to join our team. This role is all about building strong relationships with clients and ensuring they receive exceptional service supporting Government entities . You’ll work closely with our sales team and guide Client Service Associates to create a collaborative and supportive environment. How you'll make an impactIn this role, you’ll manage client accounts, focusing on self-funded business. You’ll use Gallagher’s tools and resources to deliver effective solutions and ensure a smooth renewal process. Your ability to resolve service issues and mentor new hires will help strengthen our team. Success in this role is measured by client retention, with a renewal target of 95%. You’ll also have opportunities to grow your skills through professional development programs.
- Manage increasingly complex accounts with a strong focus on self-funded business while collaborating with senior teammates
- Utilizing Gallagher’s resources and tools to create effective client deliverables
- Support the employee benefits Client Service Cycle to ensure a seamless renewal process We measure success based on retention and our renewal target is 95%.
- Resolve service-related issues independently but know when to raise concerns to more experienced client service team members - Guide and support new hires and account associates
- Complete internal professional development programs to gain an understanding of the insurance industry and RPA processes
- A bachelor’s degree and 3+ years of client coordination or claims management experience, or a high school diploma with 8+ years of experience
- 3 Yrs + Experience in Employee Benefits + Active L&H License
- Experience with Government Entities accounts preferred

- Strong communication skills to build relationships with clients and colleagues
- The ability to meet deadlines and adapt to changing priorities
- A desire to learn and improve, with a focus on innovation and efficiency

Compensation and benefitsWe offer a competitive and comprehensive compensation package. The base salary range represents the anticipated low end and high end of the range for this position. The actual compensation will be influenced by a wide range of factors including, but not limited to previous experience, education, pay market/geography, complexity or scope, specialized skill set, lines of business/practice area, supply/demand, and scheduled hours.
