How You’ll Make an Impact

Epsilon is seeking a Digital Strategy Intern to join the CRM & Audience Strategy Team. As an intern, you’ll support the team in a variety of projects immersed in a client team.

This is a hybrid role, with an expectation of 2 days/week in offic e.

  • Innovate with purpose : As a Strategy Intern you will support both CRM & Audience teams by developing comprehensive campaign strategies that include audience segmentation, data personalization and owned channel tactics.

What You’ll Achieve

  • Impact : Collaborate cross-functionally with internal and external agency partners to shape and run go-to-market CRM and audience strategies that ladder up to client goals for 2026. You'll help connect the dots for customers throughout their lifecycle and ensure campaign targeting captures the most relevant 1st and 3rd party data signals
  • Career Growth : You will learn to operate at both tactical and strategic levels.

Epsilon’s Internship Program

As an intern you’ll participate in a formal Intern Program, which is an 11-week summer program that aims to

create a meaningful early career experience for university students. The program offers professional

development & hands-on training, networking opportunities with people throughout the business including

multiple projects & social events, and the consideration for full-time employment.

  • The ability to be detail oriented and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
  • Why you might stand out from other talent:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, and Psychology
  • 0-1 years of professional work experience
  • Experience working with Sketch or Axure is a plus
