NURSE PRACTITIONER (Mount Vernon, IL and surrounding cities)
- Location: Mount Vernon, Harrisburg, West Frankfort, Rosiclare, and Flora, IL
- Position: Full-time, in-person, day shift with flexible hours (8-40 hrs/week)
- Pay: Starting at $50/hour

- Certified Nurse Practitioner (required)
- Preferred 2+ years in Skilled Nursing facilities
- Strong communication, organizational, and time management skills
- Ability to travel within a 12-20 mile radius
- Develop tailored treatment plans with multidisciplinary teams
- Conduct assessments, diagnoses, and treatments based on evidence-based guidelines
- Create weekly rounding schedules and maintain accurate medical records
- Day shift, in-person work
- Collaborative setting focused on infectious disease care
