Operations Manager
- Monitor and manage operational activities across multiple sites within the assigned region.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory standards.
- Identify and address operational issues, coordinating solutions with relevant teams.
- Analyze performance data to identify areas for improvement and implement necessary changes.
- Supervise and mentor local operational teams, providing guidance and support.
- Delegate tasks effectively and monitor team performance to achieve goals.
- Conduct performance reviews and provide feedback to team members.
- Facilitate communication between regional offices, headquarters, and other departments.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address regional challenges and implement new initiatives.
- Provide regular updates on regional operations to senior management.
- Lead and coordinate regional projects, ensuring timely execution and adherence to budget.
- Manage project timelines, milestones, and resource allocation.
