As a Lead Water Restoration Technician, you will be responsible for leading crews on residential and commercial water mitigation projects. This role requires technical expertise, strong leadership skills, excellent communication, and the ability to make decisions in the field while ensuring quality workmanship and outstanding customer service.

Responsibilities

• Lead water mitigation projects from initial emergency response through completion.
• Perform water extraction, structural drying, demolition, and contents protection.
• Set up and monitor drying equipment, including air movers, dehumidifiers, and specialty drying systems.
• Complete moisture mapping and daily documentation using restoration software.
• Communicate project status with customers, office staff, and Project Managers.
• Train, mentor, and supervise Water Restoration Technicians.
• Ensure all work is performed according to IICRC standards and company procedures.
• Maintain company vehicles, tools, and equipment.
• Participate in the on-call emergency rotation for after-hours and weekend emergencies.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized job site.
