Salary: $75,000 – $100,000
A fast-growing investment and advisory firm is seeking a Strategic Associate to support the Office of the President .
This is a high-visibility role working directly with executive leadership to support business growth, executive communications, and strategic initiatives.
Ideal for professionals with 2–5 years of experience in consulting, strategy, sales operations, or startup environments .
What You'll Do
Business Growth & Partnerships (50%)
Support new business and partnership initiatives
Research market trends and potential clients
Assist with outbound prospecting
Help prepare proposals and contracts
Join executive meetings with potential partners
Executive Communications (30%)
Draft articles, emails, and social content
Create executive presentations and client pitches
Prepare briefing materials for meetings
Coordinate follow-ups and internal updates
Strategic Projects (20%)
Lead cross-team projects and initiatives
Improve internal processes and workflows
Research tools and AI solutions to increase efficiency
Track project timelines and deliverables
Qualifications
2–5 years of experience in consulting, strategy, marketing, sales ops, or startups
Strong writing and communication skills
Advanced Google Slides presentation skills
Comfortable working with senior leadership
Highly organized and proactive
Able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
