Job Description:

We are seeking a Benefits Coordinator to support day-to-day benefits administration. This role will serve as a key resource for employees, handling benefit-related inquiries, leave administration, and compliance while ensuring a high level of service.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee employee benefits administration, including enrollments, updates, and terminations
• Maintain compliance with applicable federal and state regulations
• Assist with open enrollment
• Monitor and audit benefits data to ensure accuracy across internal systems
• Collaborate with payroll to ensure accurate deductions and reporting
• Serve as a main point of contact for employees, and vendors on benefits-related inquiries
• Manage leave of absence programs, ensuring proper documentation and timely processing
• Support workers’ compensation activities, including reporting and record maintenance
• Contribute to the development and promotion of wellness programs and initiatives

Qualifications:

• 2–5 years of experience in benefits administration
• Strong knowledge of benefits compliance and employment regulations
• Ability to manage high-volume, manual processes with attention to detail
• Experience working in a corporate environment preferred
• Strong communication skills and customer service mindset
• High sense of urgency and ability to prioritize tasks effectively
• High school diploma required
