Entry-Level CDL-A Truck Driver

10-4 Logistics USA seeks recent CDL-A graduates to operate regional dry van routes east of I-35. This entry-level role is intended for drivers who have completed truck driving training and are seeking steady, no‑touch freight assignments on a regional schedule while representing the company professionally at customer locations and on the road.

• Compensation: $70,000 to $80,000 per year
• Home time: Two days every other week
• Area of operation: Routes east of I-35
• Equipment: Late‑model Freightliner tractors; automatic; fully equipped
• Freight: Dry van; 100% no‑touch

Primary responsibilities

• Safely operate Class A commercial motor vehicles in accordance with DOT regulations and company policies.
• Transport dry van freight on assigned regional routes east of I-35 according to assigned schedules.
• Perform thorough pre‑trip and post‑trip inspections; promptly identify and report defects or maintenance needs.
• Maintain accurate driving logs, inspection records, and required maintenance documentation in accordance with regulatory and company standards.
• Communicate professionally and promptly with dispatch and follow customer delivery instructions and schedules.
• Represent 10-4 Logistics USA professionally at customer sites and during interactions on the road.

Minimum qualifications

• Valid CDL‑A license.
• Completion of at least 120 hours of truck driving school within the last 12 months.
• Minimum age: 21 years.
• Ability to meet DOT medical and regulatory requirements for commercial drivers.
