Quality Assurance Specialist – Bakery

Are you passionate about ensuring the highest standards of quality in baked goods? We are seeking a detail-oriented and dedicated Quality Assurance Specialist to join our bakery team. This role offers a fantastic opportunity to contribute to the production of delicious, safe, and top-quality products while advancing your career in the food industry.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct thorough inspections of bakery products at various stages of production to ensure compliance with quality standards and safety regulations.
• Develop, implement, and monitor quality assurance protocols, procedures, and testing methods.
• Collaborate with production teams to identify areas for process improvement and maintain consistency in product quality.
• Record and analyze quality data, prepare detailed reports, and recommend corrective actions when necessary.
• Ensure adherence to food safety standards, including HACCP, GMP, and other relevant certifications.
• Participate in internal audits and coordinate with external inspectors during certification processes.
• Train staff on quality standards, best practices, and safety procedures.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in quality assurance within the baking, food manufacturing, or related industry.
• Strong knowledge of food safety regulations and quality management systems.
• Excellent attention to detail and analytical skills.
• Effective communication and teamwork abilities.
• Ability to identify issues promptly and implement corrective measures.
• Relevant certifications in food safety or quality management are a plus.
