Do you thrive on precision and process discipline? Join our aerospace and metal manufacturing team as a Metrology and NDT Quality Specialist. Your mission is to ensure every component meets stringent customer, company, and industry standards through expert inspection, measurement, and compliance leadership.

What You Will Tackle

• First piece, in-process, and final inspections that keep production on target
• Programming and operating manual and CNC CMMs with a preference for PC-DMIS or MODUS on Hexagon platforms
• Magnetic Particle Inspection and verification of NDT compliance
• Incoming inspection of supplier parts with clear disposition of non-conforming material
• Use of precision instruments micrometers, calipers, bore gauges, dial indicators to validate tolerances
• Blueprint and customer specification review with strong GD&T interpretation
• Calibration system maintenance and participation in internal audits
• Support for PPAP and ISIR submissions and execution of process capability studies
• On-the-floor quality guidance, training, and documentation improvements

Are You a Fit

• 2–4 years in manufacturing quality and inspection
• Proven CMM inspection and programming skills; PC-DMIS or MODUS preferred
• Micro-Vu familiarity is a plus
• Aerospace and or metal manufacturing experience preferred
• Solid grasp of basic math and geometry
• Comfortable with Word, Excel, and Outlook
• Bevel gear manufacturing experience is a plus

• ITAR compliance awareness
