Weekend On-Call Coordinator
- Cover incoming phone calls and execution of company protocols from: 5PM Fridays-8AM Mondays
- Direct availability for response not required or expected between hours of 10pm- 6am.
- Prompt action to resolve incoming call issues and needs of caregiving staff and/or clients
- Forwarding calls as directed for employment and client prospect inquiries
- Follows directives outlined by supervisory staff regarding handling of the following scenarios: (not all-inclusive of all types of possible calls)
- Caregiver call-offs
- Caregiver No-Call-No-Shows
- Client questions/concerns/complaint resolution
- Caregiver requests for assistance while at their assignment
- Processing and recording of Caregiver reporting to office
- Scheduling resolutions for shift fill-ins/replacements
- Recording of weekend events
- Reporting and review of weekend calls on Monday mornings
- Overall Customer Service for clients as needed
- Allowed to have extended substantial uninterrupted time while waiting for a call
- Expected to answer calls directly or be available to return calls within 15 minutes
- Being reasonably available to accept an incoming call
- Work time involved when completing company tasks during and after a call
- Eligible for staff incentive bonuses based on performance on quarterly basis
- Laptop Computer for company use
- Cellphone access to company phone system and scheduling software
- Optional Add-On: $100 per week for taking on-call Mon-Thurs on a rotation basis with other office staff (average is every 6 weeks)
- Positive attitude with excellent verbal and written communication skills
- The ability to listen effectively
- Detail focused, and excellent organizational skills
- Demonstrated ability to work multiple software applications such as Word, Excel, Outlook, and other industry specific web based programs
- Ability to work independently, proactively, and excellent time management skills
- Must have a professional appearance, and demeanor
- Ability to work as a team player
- At least one year of professional office experience
- High school diploma required, and an associate's degree is preferred
