Project Manager/Estimator
We’re hiring a Project Manager / Estimator to oversee roofing and construction projects from initial estimating through completion. This role ensures projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to high-quality standards, while maintaining strong client relationships and supporting field operations.
What You’ll Do:
- Prepare detailed project estimates, budgets, and proposals for roofing and construction projects
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timelines, quality, and client expectations are met
- Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams to schedule work and manage resources
- Monitor project progress, track costs, and adjust plans as necessary to maintain profitability
- Review project drawings, specifications, and contracts to ensure accuracy and compliance
- Communicate regularly with clients, providing updates, addressing concerns, and maintaining strong relationships
- Maintain accurate project documentation, including contracts, change orders, and reports
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Project Manager or Estimator in roofing, construction, or related field
- Strong understanding of construction methods, materials, and cost estimating
- Excellent organizational, time management, and problem-solving skills
- Effective communication and leadership skills to coordinate teams and interact with clients
- Proficiency with project management software and Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
