- Build strong partnerships with surgical services, hospital leadership, and key stakeholders
- Focus on quality, safety, compliance, retention, and practice stability
Leadership & Program Responsibilities
- Oversee clinical operations and program performance
- Support team culture, clinician engagement, and retention
- Ensure adherence to protocols, standards, and best practices
- Drive quality improvement and operational excellence
- Strengthen hospital relationships from the OR to the C-suite
Compensation & Benefits
- Base salary: $600,000 annually
- Incentives available, including:
- $10,000 Facility Medical Director (FMD) stipend
- $40,000 Cardiac stipend (if applicable)
- Sign-on bonus starting at $50,000 (2-year commitment)
- 10 weeks PTO
