Leadership & Program Responsibilities

• Oversee clinical operations and program performance
• Support team culture, clinician engagement, and retention
• Ensure adherence to protocols, standards, and best practices
• Drive quality improvement and operational excellence
• Strengthen hospital relationships from the OR to the C-suite

Compensation & Benefits

• Base salary: $600,000 annually
• Incentives available, including:
  • $10,000 Facility Medical Director (FMD) stipend
  • $40,000 Cardiac stipend (if applicable)
• Sign-on bonus starting at $50,000 (2-year commitment)
• 10 weeks PTO
