Job Title: Attorney - Employment Law
Location: (NY, Chicago, Los Angeles, Emeryville) (Remote option DOE)

What You Will Be Doing
The Attorney will be responsible for cases within the area of Employment Law. Cases consist of PAGA and Wage & Hour claims, representing both individuals and class actions. The workload will include taking depositions, attending mediations, trial prep and will require strong writing skills preparing legal documents.
What You Need for this Position
- 5+ years of Employment Law experience required, Plaintiff representation preferred
- Strong Writing Skills
- Active License in Washington
