In this role, you will be pivotal in delivering emergency medical services, assessing and treating patients in urgent situations. Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive emergency medical care to patients
• Conduct thorough assessments and develop treatment plans
• Collaborate with nursing staff and other healthcare professionals
• Participate in continuous education and training programs
• Manage critical situations effectively, applying clinical judgment
• Ensure compliance with medical standards and protocols
• Document patient interactions accurately and promptly
• Engage in community outreach and health education initiatives

Requirements

• Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathy (DO) degree
• Board certification in Emergency Medicine
• 3-5 years of experience in an emergency medicine setting
• Strong clinical skills and the ability to make quick decisions
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Experience with electronic medical records (EMR) systems
• Able to work collaboratively in a high-pressure environment
• Current state medical license and certifications

Flexible Schedule: 8 to 10-hour shifts, 20-40 hours per week

Shift Types: Days, nights, evenings, and weekends

No call requirement

Will occasionally rotate to a nearby hospital

Daily Volume: ~100 visits

Annual Volume: 30-35K visits

Full APP and subspecialty support

Must be board-certified
