Executive Assistant to CEO

What’s the job?
- Provide high-level administrative support to the CEO
- Manage complex calendars, meetings, and schedules with accuracy and confidentiality
- Coordinate in-person and virtual meetings, including agendas, materials, note-taking, and follow-ups
- Plan and manage detailed travel itineraries and logistics for domestic and international trips
- Draft, edit, and proofread high-visibility documents, reports, and presentations
- Act as a liaison between executives and internal/external stakeholders with professionalism and discretion
- Track project deadlines and deliverables to ensure follow-through on priorities
- Process and reconcile expense reports and support special projects as needed
- Step in to cover for fellow Executive Assistants during PTO as needed
What’s needed?
- 7–10+ years of executive support experience in a corporate environment
- Proven ability to manage multiple high-level calendars and confidential information
- Strong written and verbal communication skills; ability to engage at all organizational levels
- Advanced Microsoft Office proficiency (Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel, Word)
- Excellent time management, project tracking, and organizational skills
- High emotional intelligence, sound judgment, and professional maturity
- Self-starter mindset with the ability to anticipate needs and act proactively
