Manufacturing Technician I
- Education: High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
- Communication: Ability to read, write, and speak English clearly to follow complex safety and quality instructions.
- Mindset: Self-motivated with a positive attitude and strong time management skills.
- Teamwork: strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively in a team-based setting.
- Safety: Basic knowledge of chemical and biological safety procedures is a plus.
- Physical Stamina: Ability to lift, push, pull, and carry up to 30 lbs. You must be able to stand and walk for the duration of a 12-hour shift.
- Manual Dexterity: Frequent repetitive motions including hand/wrist movement, bending, and twisting.
- Controlled Environment: Work is performed in a cleanroom. You must be comfortable with full gowning requirements.
- Note: To maintain product integrity, no makeup, jewelry, nail polish, or artificial nails are permitted in manufacturing areas.
- Day Shift: 5:00 AM – 5:30 PM
- Night Shift: 5:00 PM – 5:30 AM (Eligible for shift differential pay)

education: High School Responsibilities Working under the guidance of Lead Technicians and Supervisors, your daily activities will include:
- Quality Inspection: Perform meticulous visual inspections of IV bag products to identify and remove any defects or irregularities.
- Equipment Operation: Operate essential production machinery, including conveyors, pallet jacks, and specialized inspection stations.
- Documentation: Accurately record production data and quality metrics in strict compliance with Good Documentation Practices (GDP).
- Sanitization: Maintain a sterile environment by cleaning and sanitizing portable equipment, small parts, and production areas according to SOPs.
- Material Handling: Move materials and pallets throughout the facility using manual pallet jacks to keep production moving efficiently.
- Team Collaboration: Communicate promptly with leadership regarding safety, quality, or equipment issues to ensure a smooth workflow.
