What Youll Do

• Lead coach and inspire a team to deliver best-in-class restoration services.
• Manage daily operations financials staffing and performance metrics.
• Partner with ownership and leadership to set sales goals and execute growth strategies.
• Oversee multiple departments (Mitigation Reconstruction Contents Warehouse Administration).
• Ensure a high standard of customer satisfaction reputation management and compliance.
• Build strong relationships with employees clients and vendors.
• Use data and KPIs to drive accountability process improvement and efficiency.
  

What Were Looking For

• Leadership: 5 years in management with proven success leading diverse teams.
• Industry Knowledge: 2 years in restoration construction or related field preferred.
• Education: Bachelors degree in Business Construction Management or related discipline.
• Skills: Strong communicator analytical thinker and hands-on problem solver.
• Mindset: Growth-driven adaptable and resilientsomeone who thrives in a fast-paced environment.
• IICRC certifications a plus.

Compensation: $80000.00 - $100000.00 per year
