Agile Project Manager

Job Description

Lead the enhancements of AI within the collections realm in the U.S.

Collaborate with internal BMO teams and external vendors

Develop and manage detailed project plans, timelines, and resource allocations

Track progress, risks, and dependencies; escalate issues as needed

Coordinate testing, validation, and go-live activities

Ensure alignment with BMO's collections strategy and compliance standards

Facilitate stakeholder meetings and provide regular status updates

Drive continuous improvement in delivery processes

Skills and Requirements

5-8 years of technical project management experience in enterprise environments

Proven experience with AI focused projects

Strong understanding of collections workflows, data migration, and system integration

Familiarity with Agile and Waterfall methodologies

Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

Clarity as a PPM tool

Experience in banking or financial services environments

Strong documentation and reporting capabilities Prior experience working with BMO or similar large financial institutions

PMP or Agile certifications

Experience with vendor coordination and third-party system integration

Familiarity with compliance and regulatory requirements in collections
