Key Responsibilities:
- Client Acquisition: Identify and cultivate new business opportunities within the small to medium-sized enterprise segment.
- Relationship Building: Foster and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders.
- Market Research: Perform comprehensive market research to spot trends, competitors, and customer needs.
- Sales Strategy: Devise and execute strategic sales plans to consistently meet or exceed sales targets.
- Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams to deliver tailored solutions for potential clients.
- Negotiation: Negotiate contract terms and pricing agreements with customers.
- CRM Utilization: Utilize CRM tools for precise sales forecasting and regular sales activity reporting.
- Industry Knowledge: Stay updated on industry trends and best practices.
- Outreach Skills: Proficiency in contacting potential clients via various channels, including email, cold calling, and LinkedIn.
- Networking: Attend industry events to expand professional networks and promote our brand.
- Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service and post-sales support to ensure client satisfaction.
Qualifications and Skills:
- 2+ years of B2B sales experience
- Bachelor's degree in business, sales, marketing, or a related field
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets
- In-depth knowledge of digital marketing
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Proficiency in conducting sales presentations and demonstrations
- Ability to work independently and manage a sales territory
- Proactive, self-motivated, and adaptable to market changes
- Strong interpersonal skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Familiarity with CRM systems is a plus
