Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM

Pay Rate: $19.00 – $20.00 per hour

A day in this role

By 8:00 AM, you’re settled into our first-floor office alongside the Export team, where you become the connective thread between warehouse activity and accurate documentation. Your morning might start by updating shipment records, double-checking export paperwork for accuracy, and aligning details between our internal systems and the warehouse floor. As the day moves on, you’ll track inventory movements, verify data, and keep cross-functional partners in sync so outbound shipments are prepared correctly and on time. Before you wrap at 4:30 PM, you’ll ensure every record is current and every document tells the same story—accurate, complete, and audit-ready.

What you’ll do

• Enter, verify, and maintain warehouse-related data to keep operations running smoothly
• Partner closely with Export and Warehouse teams to ensure documentation accuracy and alignment
• Keep internal records up to date across the relevant systems
• Assist with inventory tracking and prepare shipment documentation
• Communicate across departments to resolve discrepancies and support daily operations

What you’ll bring

• 2+ years of experience in clerical or administrative work
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and strong general computer skills
• Meticulous attention to detail and excellent organizational habits
• Experience with CargoWise or a Warehouse Management System (WMS) is a plus
• Clear, professional communication across teams

Bonus capability

• SQL Administration Experience
