This position requires a disciplined Scientist to execute high-sensitivity bioanalytical assays within a strictly regulated GLP environment. The successful candidate will contribute to the advancement of the therapeutic pipeline by delivering high-quality data through sophisticated chromatographic and mass spectrometric techniques. This role is pivotal in translating complex biological samples into the quantifiable data sets that drive global drug development strategies and ensure patient impact.

responsibilities:

• Execute analytical workflows in strict compliance with GLP regulations and established Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
• Perform method development and validation for bioanalytical assays, focusing on liquid chromatography and mass spectrometry (LC-MS) detection.
• Conduct high-throughput sample analysis utilizing automated pipetting and diverse extraction techniques, including protein precipitation (PPT), liquid-liquid extraction (LLE), and solid-phase extraction (SPE).
• Operate and maintain sophisticated laboratory instrumentation, including HPLC systems and Mass Spectrometers, ensuring all data is captured within validated computerized systems.
• Compile, analyze, and interpret complex assay results, assuming responsibility for the drafting and technical review of analytical reports.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of laboratory operations by reviewing SOPs and maintaining rigorous documentation standards (ALCOA).

qualifications:

Required:

• Bachelor of Science (B.S.) in Chemistry, Biochemistry, or a closely related scientific discipline.
• A minimum of 2 years of professional experience in bioanalytical sample analysis specifically utilizing HPLC-MS.
• Demonstrated technical proficiency in bioanalytical extraction techniques (PPT, LLE, SPE).
• Practical knowledge of GLP regulatory requirements and Good Documentation Practices.
• Proven ability to work independently in a fast-paced, high-throughput laboratory setting.

Preferred:

• Advanced experience with SCIEX Analyst software for data processing and analysis.
• Direct experience working within Laboratory Information Management Systems (LIMS).
• Formal training in lab safety, solution preparation, and the calibration of precision instruments (balances, pH meters, pipettes).
