Part-Time Staff Accountant
Chicago-based Golub & Company LLC and its affiliates are active internationally in real estate development, acquisitions, asset and property management, leasing and corporate real estate services. We are seeking a part-time Staff Accountant to assist our Vice President of Accounting with the following duties related to corporate and fund accounting functions:- Prepares journal entries, account analysis and work papers for individual trusts and related partnerships
- Compiles scheduled reporting for internal review by trust owners
- Coordinates movement of cash for capital calls and distributions, quarterly tax payments, and expenses
- Assists with tax return preparation
- Communicates regularly with trust owners
