Base Salary $40,000-$70,000 based on experience.

Responsibilities- Customer Interaction: Engage with existing and prospective clients, addressing their inquiries and providing comprehensive solutions to their insurance needs.
- Claims Assistance: Provide thorough support in the claims process, ensuring timely and accurate information is relayed to clients.
- Policy Management: Assist in managing updates and modifications to clients' insurance policies as required.
- Complaint Resolution: Handle customer complaints with patience and efficiency, aiming for swift resolution and ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Information Dissemination: Clearly and concisely explain insurance terms, coverage, and premium adjustments to clients.
- Bilingual in Spanish and/or Polish preferred.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.Experience:
- Prior experience in customer service, preferably within the insurance sector, is beneficial.
- Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills are essential.
- Detail-Oriented: Excellent attention to detail to ensure accuracy in handling customer information.
- Technical Skills: Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and comfortable with learning new software systems.
- Teamwork: Proven ability to work collaboratively with team members across different departments.
