Our Support team is the first point of contact for our customers and is one of the most valued positions in our company! We provide a supportive & fun environment to learn the basics of company policies, communication skills, marketing presentations, customer service, business strategy and more. The Customer Support Team is responsible for providing excellent customer service, product knowledge, information and just a friendly face representing our company and our clients with the highest degree of professionalism, courtesy, and integrity with all interactions! This is a RETAIL position. NO remote or hybrid positions available!

Job Responsibilities
· Update existing accounts and/or create new customer account set up
· Assist with customer inquiries, product knowledge & proper follow-up
· Inform customer of deals and promotions via the clients' account
· Analyze customer needs and provide appropriate solutions
· Present marketing presentations

Requirements
· Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and collaborate effectively as a team
· Top-notch communication at all levels with internal/external clients
· Must be at least 18 years old with reliable transportation
· A positive attitude with good organizational, presentation and interpersonal skills

Position Details

- Hours : Full Time (40+ hours a week) & Part Time available if scheduling makes sense

- Pay : $15 per hour + uncapped commission and bonuses with weekly pay

- On Site Only - No Remote. No Hybrid.
