Payroll Manager
- Manage end-to-end payroll for both salaried and hourly employees, ensuring accurate and timely payments
- Ensure payroll practices comply with federal, state and local regulations, including tax filings and reporting requirements
- Identify and implement improvements to payroll processes, including automating workflows and improving data accuracy
- Generate and analyze payroll reports for internal teams, including Finance, Accounting and HR, to provide insights and recommendations
- Oversee deductions, benefits administration and any payroll-related changes for employees (e.g., bonuses, commissions, etc.)
- Serve as the point of contact for payroll-related inquiries, resolving issues and answering employee questions with professionalism and accuracy
- Prepare for and manage audits related to payroll, taxes and benefits
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, HR or a related field
- 3+ years of payroll management experience, preferably in a fast-paced environment
- Strong knowledge of payroll software systems (e.g., ADP, Paycom) and Microsoft Excel
- Solid understanding of payroll regulations and tax laws
- Exceptional attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and in collaboration with cross-functional teams
