Master's degree in Occupational Therapy, active Occupational Therapist license and 1+ year of Occupational Therapy experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

An exciting opportunity is available for a skilled Occupational Therapist specializing in school-based therapy. This role involves providing essential support to elementary students in a contract position covering a maternity leave, with strong potential to extend through the entire school year.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver occupational therapy services aligned with individualized education plans (IEPs) to support student learning and development
• Assess and implement interventions to enhance fine motor skills, sensory processing, and functional independence in the classroom environment
• Collaborate closely with educators, parents, and multidisciplinary teams to ensure cohesive therapy programming
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of therapy sessions and progress
• Adapt therapeutic approaches to meet the varied needs of students with disabilities or delays

Qualifications and Desired Experience:

• Licensed Occupational Therapist, preferably with school-based experience
• Familiarity with elementary school environments and educational therapy strategies
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
• Ability to work independently within a contracted assignment
• Commitment to student-centered care and developmental support
