Shipping Clerk
Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities
Proficiency with pallet trucks, fork truck and overhead crane.
Must have five (5) or more years in shipping.
Prepare equipment shipments via truck, air, rail, and/or ocean freight.
Inspection of incoming materials for defects, damage, or shortage
Coordinate equipment tagging, shipping labels, special markings, shipping photographs, and quality check lists.
Coordinate equipment assembly skids with production schedule.
Bend, stoop, climb ladders, and carry up to 50 pounds.
Use of Microsoft Outlook, Excel.
Able to work in both office and warehouse environments.
Advantageous Skills Include
Experience with SAP
Inventory control experience
Load planning and quoting experience
