Our General Contractor client is seeking a Project Manager to join their team in the Western Suburbs of Chicago. Known for delivering impressive work across a multiple of markets, this firm offers the opportunity to work on some of the most impactful builds in the market.

Their projects are a mix of ground-up & renovation and range from $5M to $35M - providing exposure to both mid-size and large-scale developments.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Lead ground-up projects from preconstruction through closeout
• Manage budgets, schedules, subcontractors, and client relationships
• Oversee multiple project teams and ensure successful execution
• Drive coordination between internal teams, consultants, and ownership
• Provide leadership, mentorship, and strategic direction to project staff
• Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards

What We’re Looking For:

• 5–25+ years of experience with a General Contractor
• Strong experience with ground-up construction projects
• Proven track record managing larger-scale projects ($20M+ preferred)
• Experience with public, education, municipal is preferred
• Ability to lead complex, multi-faceted builds across various sectors
• Strong financial acumen and leadership capabilities
• Excellent communication and client-facing skills

Compensation & Benefits:

• $120,000 – $175,000 base salary + bonus
• Car allowance
• 100% employer-paid healthcare for individual, 75% for family
