About the Role

We're looking for a motivated and outgoing Director of Sales who thrives in a fast-paced environment and loves connecting with people. In this role, you'll be responsible for generating new leads, nurturing client relationships, and closing deals that bring real value to our clients.

What You’ll Do:

• Develop and execute a sales strategy for targeting new businesses
• Identify new business opportunities and build strong pipelines
• Conduct outreach, schedule meetings, and deliver sales presentations
• Collaborate with our technical team to tailor solutions to client needs
• Maintain CRM records and provide regular updates to leadership
• Build long-term relationships with clients for upselling and retention

What We’re Looking For:

• Proven experience in B2B sales or account management (tech or service-based preferred)
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Self-starter with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Comfortable learning and talking about IT services and solutions
• Goal-oriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets

Bonus if you have:

• Experience selling managed IT services, SaaS, or technology solutions
• Familiarity with CRM tools and pipeline management
• Knowledge of franchising, asset management, or private equity environments
