Job Title: Production Associate | $16-18/hr

Location: East Moline, IL

Shift: 1st Shift – 6:00 AM to 2:30 PM (Monday–Friday)

We are seeking Production Associates to join our team in East Moline, IL. In this role, you will work across multiple departments, including Cell, Saw Operator, Receiving, Shipping, and managing work orders. Your primary responsibility will be pulling copper tubing/pipe for shipments to major retailers, ensuring products are packaged safely and ready for transport.

• Move pipe to designated pick locations
• Pull orders accurately as specified
• Bar code and label pipes
• Bundle and wrap pipes for protection
• Cut pipes according to cut sheets
• Segregate and identify scrap materials
• Wrap products securely for shipment
• Unload incoming trucks as needed
• Load outbound shipments efficiently

• Experience in production and general labor
• Proficiency with hand tools and machine operation
• Inventory management, loading, and unloading skills
• Experience in shipping, receiving, assembly, and labeling

• Ability to work with minimal supervision
• Strong attention to detail and safety standards
• Comfortable working in a non-climate-controlled environment

• Schedule: 1st shift, Monday–Friday
• Growth Opportunity: Minimal experience required; training and cross-training provided within 1–3 weeks
• Incentives: Eligible for production incentive after training
  • Tier 1: +$2.00/hr
  • Tier 2: +$3.00/hr

• Non-climate controlled (hot in summer, cold in winter)
• Noise level varies from quiet to moderate/loud depending on department activities

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of East Moline, IL.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $18.00/hr.
