Bloom Talent Solutions is proud to partner with a privately held commercial landscaping company seeking an Enhancement Manager to own the planning, execution, and profitability of all landscape enhancement work for their branch.

Role Overview

The Enhancement Manager owns the planning, execution, and profitability of all landscape enhancement work for their branch. This role is responsible for turning opportunities into well-executed, high-margin projects by managing estimating support, materials, vendors, crews, and timelines.

Enhancements are the company’s most profitable service line, and this role is critical to protecting margin and client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

Enhancement Operations

• Own and manage $2M–$4M+ in annual enhancement revenue per branch
• Partner with Account Managers to validate scope, pricing, and feasibility
• Schedule and manage enhancement crews and superintendents
• Ensure projects are executed on time, on budget, and to quality standards
• Track job costs, margins, and production performance

Materials, Vendors & Planning

• Oversee procurement, materials, plant sourcing, and vendor coordination
• Review scopes and estimates prior to execution and correct issues upfront

Branch Collaboration

• Serve as the operational right hand to branch leadership on enhancement work

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in landscape enhancements or construction operations
• Direct experience managing multi-million-dollar enhancement programs
• Strong understanding of materials, vendors, and job costing
• Comfortable reviewing estimates and correcting scope before execution
• Hands-on operator able to move between office and field

Compensation and Benefits

• Base Salary: $95,000–$115,000 (commensurate with experience)
