Polymer Processing Equipment Operator

What you will do
- Operate extrusion, injection, or blow-molding machines and auxiliary equipment.
- Set, monitor, and fine-tune heat control, water cooling temperatures, and hydraulic pressure.
- Perform basic machine maintenance to reduce downtime.
- Verify product quality through regular checks.
- Participate in training to sharpen and expand skills.

Schedule details
Nights: 6:45 pm – 7:15 am
- Standard rotating schedule of 3 days on, 2 days off, 2 days on, 3 days off
- 2 long-weekends per month
- Full time is 15 working days per month
Pay
Earn $22 per hour
- $21 per hour base
- + $1.00 per hour night shift premium
What you bring
- Ability to work a 12 hour shift on our 3-2-2-3 regular schedule cycle with every other weekend off.
- At least 1 year in a high-volume production environment.
- At least 1 year operating manufacturing machines & equipment.
- Foundational knowledge of hydraulics, pneumatics, and electrical systems.
- Strong problem-solving and mechanical troubleshooting skills.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. with or without a reasonable accommodation.
