Qualifications

• MD or DO

• ABOS Board Certified or Board Eligiblerequired

• Ability to obtainIowa and Illinois medical licenses

• Broad clinical and surgical skill set in general orthopedics

• Open tograduating residents/fellows and experienced surgeons

Compensation & Benefits

• Two-year guaranteed salary: $739,410 , with production beginning at 10,650wRVUs

• Straight production model starting year 3

• Potential to earn $1M+ annually
