Domestic Customer Tracking Agent I

You’ll be the go-to for shipment tracking and proactive communication, ensuring nothing slips through the cracks. This is a great opportunity for someone who loves problem-solving and keeping things on track.
Domestic Customer Tracking Agent I Responsibilities:
- Track and monitor shipment movements from start to finish
- Keep shipment records accurate and up to date with comprehensive notes
- Communicate delays or issues to the right teams—fast
- Work hand-in-hand with field offices, agents, and carrier networks
- Jump in to resolve service disruptions with urgency and care
- Manage incoming calls and emails with professionalism
- Build and maintain trust with external partners
Domestic Customer Tracking Agent I Requirements:
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to stay calm under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- Previous experience in freight or logistics is a big plus
- Tech-savvy and comfortable with shipment tracking systems
Key Details:
- Compensation: $18-$20/HR
- Benefits offered: Medical, Dental, Vision
- Location: Palatine IL
- Hours: Monday–Friday, 8 a.m.–5 p.m.
