About the Role
Fulcrum is looking for a high-energy Content Writing Junior Marketing Associate to help translate complex B2B technology into clear, compelling human stories. This role sits at the center of our digital presence—you're not just writing blogs, you're shaping how Fulcrum shows up across channels.
From the punchy hook of a LinkedIn post to the depth of a white paper, you'll help craft content that supports our brand voice, fuels demand, and makes sophisticated technology accessible to real people.
This is an ideal role for an early-career writer who loves storytelling, thinks strategically about audiences, and wants hands-on experience in modern B2B tech marketing.
What You'll Do
- Write high-impact copy across Fulcrum's digital ecosystem, including LinkedIn, website landing pages, email campaigns and nurtures, and digital ads.
- Translate complex technical features into audience-specific benefits (e.g., tailoring messaging for a CTO vs. a CFO).
- Support SEO and GEO (Generative Engine Optimization) by structuring content for both traditional search and AI-driven discovery.
- Create supporting copy for digital assets such as short-form video scripts, infographics, and in-app messaging.
- Maintain consistency in brand voice, tone, and editorial quality across all Lines of Business.
- Collaborate with marketing teammates to quickly iterate, version, and refine content for live campaigns.
What You Bring
- Graduating in April, May, or June 2026, or a recent graduate from a top-tier university/college, or able to demonstrate significant professional work experience.
- Strong interest in B2B tech marketing, content, and storytelling.
- Ability to find the human value in technical or complex subject matter.
- Working knowledge of SEO fundamentals and curiosity about how AI search engines surface content.
- Understanding that different platforms require different tones, formats, and levels of depth.
- Comfort using generative AI tools for brainstorming, outlining, and rapid content iteration.
- Ability to work quickly without sacrificing clarity, accuracy, or polish.
Nice to Have
- Prior experience writing for B2B or technology audiences.
- Familiarity with CMS platforms (e.g., WordPress).
- Exposure to performance metrics or content optimization workflows.
