Vice President of Client Services
CuraLinc Healthcare is seeking an experienced and highly dedicated client services professional to facilitate the development and manage the performance of a rapidly growing team of Client Relationship Managers. This position will also directly manage a defined group of strategic accounts. The VP of Client Services reports to the SVP of Client Services and is expected to contribute and execute strategic initiatives related to retention and growth.

Primary Responsibilities
- Provide Day-to-Day Oversight of a Team of Client Relationship Managers
- Offer Consultation and Guidance Related to Client-Specific Needs and Interests
- Regularly Evaluate and Address Team Member Performance
- Support Team Members' Continuous Development of Product and Industry-Related Knowledge
- Manage the Business Relationship with a Defined Book of Complex Employer Clients
- Recognize and Respond to Client Retention Risks with Urgency and Effectiveness
- Provide Consultative Recommendations to Help Clients Maximize the Value of the EAP
- Develop and Maintain an Understanding of the Role of CuraLinc's Product Suite within the Healthcare Benefits Landscape
- Represent CuraLinc Healthcare in Client and Prospective Client Presentations
- Serve as a Thought-Partner to the SVP of Client Services and CuraLinc's Executive Team

Required/Minimum Qualifications
- Five (5) or More Years of Experience Leading a Team in EAP, Health Care, Employee Benefits, Insurance, Digital Mental Health, Wellness/Wellbeing or Related Industry
- Previous Direct Account Ownership of Large, Complex Clients
- Proven Track Record of Retention and Growth
- Demonstrated Passion for Workforce Mental Health
- Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Business Management or Related Field
- Proficiency within the Microsoft Office Suite, CRM Systems and Virtual Meeting Platforms
- Stable Employment History
