Master's degree in Occupational Therapy, active Occupational Therapist license and 1+ year of Occupational Therapy experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

An opportunity is available for a dedicated Occupational Therapist (OT) to provide specialized support within an elementary school setting in Joliet, IL. This full-time, contract position spans from August 13, 2025, through November 7, 2025, offering a focused assignment on an elementary caseload for the new school year.

Key Qualifications:

• Licensed Occupational Therapist Registered (OT/R)
• Prior school-based occupational therapy experience
• Possession of school-based OT certification
• Professional Educator License (PEL) is not required for this role

Responsibilities:

• Conduct prehensive occupational therapy evaluations and deliver individualized intervention plans tailored to elementary students needs
• Collaborate with educators, parents, and related professionals to develop and implement effective strategies enhancing student participation and learning
• Maintain accurate documentation and progress notes consistent with school and legal requirements
• Support the development of students fine motor skills, sensory processing, and functional independence within the educational environment
